We are pleased to introduce Renewal Management Module to the CloudQuarks portal. This module will now simplify renewals of yours subscriptions on CloudQuarks with an easy request based process.
It is important to note that with the introduction of Renewal Management a major change which will come into immediate effect. On the subscription end date, the default action of the portal will change to Auto-Terminate from the current Auto-Renew. That means the portal will only renew those subscriptions which are requested and approved by you.
The CloudQuarks portal will have a new menu called “Renewal Management” which will list all your subscriptions which are expiring. The module will start populating expiring subscriptions in this menu 90 days in advance.
From here you can make request for renewal, which would be then be processed by the Redington Renewal Team or your Account Manager and a renewal quote would be offered to you. If you accept this quote the portal will then renew the subscription on its renewal date.
We are going enable this module in such a way that the Auto-Terminate action will have minimum impact on your subscriptions and will ensure that we give you sufficient time to process your renewal request.
You will again hear from us confirming the activation of the Renewal Management module in your account. Once you receive this communication, you need to visit the Renewal Management page and check your expiring subscriptions and make requests for those which you want to renew.
